About Complete Farm Admin

Complete Farm Admin is a free farm office: fields, funding, paperwork, tax returns and machinery, each in its own tab. Tabs stay open while you switch, and the farm's details typed once fill in every tool that asks for them.

The tools

• Auto Field Maps: draw round your land and get every field with its size, RPA number and the SFI actions that suit it.
• Farm Funding Finder: the grants, payments and free help a farm could claim, with paperwork and dates.
• Farm paperwork: deadlines, tenancies, succession, medicine, spray and movement records, a muck-spreading checker, bovine TB rules and inspection checklists.
• Farmyard Workshop: tractor and farm machinery servicing, with oils, genuine part numbers and known faults.
• Self Assessment Helper and Company Tax Helper: box-by-box help with personal and company tax.
• Bulkhead Workshop: Land Rover and Range Rover servicing guides.

Every tool is a separate website. Complete Farm Admin only shows it inside a tab; the tool itself does the work and keeps anything you save.

Who runs it

Complete Farm Admin and the tools in it are built and run by one independent developer in Devon, UK. It is not a government service and isn't linked to Defra, the RPA, HMRC or any council.

Your privacy

• Your farm's details. What you type on the Your farm page, and the shared details from the tools (names, address, farm numbers, ticks and fields), are saved only in this browser. They're passed straight from this page to the tools open inside it, in your browser, so a tool can fill them in; nothing is sent to us. The postcode is looked up with postcodes.io so the map tools can open on the farm, and the weather comes from Open-Meteo for that place. Your location is only read when you press "Use where I am now". Clear a box to remove it, or clear this site's data in your browser.
• Your account (if you make one). Your farm's details and what each tool saves are kept in your account on Cloudflare (in Europe where possible), so they're the same on every device you sign in on. You sign in with a passkey: we keep only its public half, never your fingerprint, face or PIN, and we don't ask for an email address or password. Auto Field Maps and other Auto sites can use the same account. "Delete account" on the Your farm page removes the account and everything in it straight away.
• Tabs. Which tool you last used in each tab is saved in this browser too.
• The tools. Each tool is its own website with its own privacy page. What you enter in a tool is handled by that tool, as if you'd opened it directly. On iPhones and iPads, what you save inside Complete Farm Admin is kept apart from the same site opened on its own.
• Ads. The site is free because it may show Google ads. Google and its partners can use cookies to show and measure ads, and in the UK and EU you're asked first whether they can personalise them. You can change your choice at any time from the privacy link Google shows on the page, or at Google's ad settings. How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
• Hosting. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps basic server logs for security.
